The Birkenstock Natural Skin Care Nourishing Leg and Foot Oil is a highly effective moisturiser which provides intensive protection. The rich oil comprises 86% valuable organic oils, such as elderberry seed, argan and sesame oil. Other valuable oils, such as jojoba, babassu and evening primrose oil, along with cork oak extract and squalane, provide long-lasting and intense moisturisation, strengthen and protect the skin’s barrier and are proven to reduce skin roughness.

Application
Apply to feet and legs in the morning and in the evening and gently massage in – we recommend using it throughout the year. Alternatively, you can add a couple of drops of the Nourishing Leg and Foot Oil into the Moisturizing Foot Balm or the Cooling Foot Cream for even more intense care.

ORGANIC EVENING PRIMROSE OIL: is intended for flaky, very dry, mature, inflamed or irritated skin. It reduces transepidermal water loss, helps the skin to lock in moisture in the long term and has a regenerating effect.
ORGANIC SESAME OIL: is high in essential linoleic acid and therefore has a strong antioxidant effect.
ORGANIC BABASSU OIL: It melts immediately upon contact with the skin, resulting in a soft, silky feel. It spreads exceptionally well and is absorbed quickly into the skin. A special feature of babassu oil is its high linoleic acid content, which creates an antimicrobial effect. Use especially on dry, chapped skin and as a cooling oil component on itchy, neurodermitic skin.
ORGANIC JOJOBA OIL: is a natural moisturiser and helps the skin to lock in moisture. The specific structure of jojoba oil means that it is broken down very slowly by the skin’s own lipases and therefore provides the outermost layer of skin with reliable and long-lasting protection from water loss, without feeling greasy.
CORK OAK EXTRACT: developed exclusively for BIRKENSTOCK, cork oak extract has a positive effect on the anti-ageing gene, Klotho, and reduces the appearance of wrinkles. It improves skin roughness, increases skin hydration, and makes the skin smoother and more resilient. It stimulates cell renewal and reinforces the protective function of the skin.
